Book Order and Delivery
For local orders, the delivery time takes between 22-30 business days.
Delivery time for international orders varies depending on either DHL, UPS or USPS delivery period.
However, kindly note that due to COVID-19, delivery delays that are completely out of our control may occur.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order and payment has been confirmed.
We make international deliveries via DHL, UPS and USPS.
Pre-orders are shipped out within 30 business days.

Hard-cover books are known for their rigid and thick covers, while paperback books have light covers or soft card covers.

If a book is received in a damaged state, we are liable for providing a replacement. The complaint should be made within 14 days from the delivery day. Also, to be eligible for replacement, book(s) must be accompanied by proof of purchase, and the book(s) must be unused.
A mail should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, and it should include order number and reason for return. The customer care will provide instructions on where and how to send in damaged books.
Refunds can be made by contacting our customer service via email at email@example.com. Terms and conditions apply for refunds.
Refunds take up to 7 days depending on the bank and bank policies.
